As a member of the Bell Canada Corporate Retail Management team I reported directly to a Regional Manager as well the the Director of Sales for Alberta.

During my time with Bell I successfully managed 3 separate stores, increasing sales and reducing retail shrink as well as employee turn over at each location

I as also responsible for hiring for all of the stores in Southern Alberta, and worked very closely with the recruitment and HR team to ensure that we were hiring the proper candidates. As a general rule most new hires would be placed at my store for a 6 to 12 week training period,after which they would be promoted to a busier store as a part of Bell's ongoing "A Game Strategy".
