As a Senior Manager on the Imagine Wireless retail team, my duties are numerous, and varied.

I curently report directly to the Store Sales Manager, as well as the Marketing and IDV Sales Manager. At store level I am responsible for direct retail sales to our consumer, small business and corporate clients who enter the store either via routine retail transaction, or clients who have come directly to see us from a mail out or direct contact.

On the IDV and Marketing side, I am uniquely responsible for processing and invoicing sales orders generated by the corporate team. This is a position that was created for me on the corporate sales team, in order to maximize my down time between clients, as well as to help speed up the IDV workflow. I am proud to say that since I joined the team we have seen a remarkable improvement in order processing times, mostly through my ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the ordering process.
